Whistleblowing

In accordance with the requirements of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers (the “Act”), the ResInvest Group companies in Poland (ResInvest Energy Polska sp. z o.o. | ResInvest Energy Skawina S.A. | ResInvest Energy Chorzów S.A. | ResInvest Energy PE sp. z o.o.) have in place a system for reporting violations of the law (“Breaches of the Law”), i.e. unlawful acts from the following areas:

  • corruption;
  • public procurement;
  • financial services, products and markets;
  • counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing;
  • product safety and compliance;
  • transport safety;
  • environmental protection;
  • food and feed safety;
  • animal health and welfare;
  • public health;
  • consumer protection;
  • protection of privacy and personal data;
  • security of networks and IT systems;
  • financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units and the European Union;
  • the internal market of the European Union, including public law principles of competition and state aid and taxation of legal persons;
  • constitutional freedoms and rights of man and citizen – occurring in the relations of an entity with public authorities and not related to the areas indicated below.


How to report a violation of the law?

Reporting a Violation of the Law is done by notifying the Person Dedicated to handling Reports for companies, i.e.:

  4. ResInvest Energy PE sp. z o.o.

It is not allowed to report Violations of the Law anonymously. Such reports will not be reports in accordance with the Act and will not be subject to the protection provided for in the Act. However, it is permissible to consider such a report in the manner provided for reports of Improper Conduct.

Improper conduct (“Improper Conduct” / „Misconduct”) is conduct that affects the interests of the Company:

  • violation of the Code of Ethics, a crime, misdemeanor or offense for which the permissible penalty is at least PLN 15,000;
  • failure to take the required actions to resolve or prevent a conflict of interest;
  • violation of other internal regulations of the Company;
  • providing unreliable or inaccurate information to public bodies, clients, third parties or the public;
  • dishonest or incorrect accounting, tax registers or financial statements, improper conduct affecting the results of the audit;
  • other violations of legal standards, internal guidelines or situations violating the provisions of the Code of Ethics of the ResInvest Group Companies in Poland.


How to Report Misconduct?

Reporting of misconduct is done by notifying the Person Dedicated to handling Reports for companies, i.e.:

It is permissible to report Misconduct anonymously.


Your identity and all communications are confidential. The appropriate person entrusted with investigating the report is obliged to keep confidential all facts that have come to their knowledge in connection with the submitted report and its investigation.
